CyberIntel AI Academy ("we", "us") provides AI training programs. This policy explains
what information we collect when you use cyberintelaiacademy.com and our learning
portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit an interest or enrollment form, we collect
your name, email address, the program you're interested in, and your
preferred format (in-person or live online). If you email us, we keep that message.
- Sign-in details. If you sign in to preview a curriculum or use the learning portal,
we use Google sign-in. Google shares your name and email with us. We never receive
or store your Google password.
- Payment details. When a program is paid for, payment is handled by our processor,
Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Automatic data. Our hosting provider (AWS) records standard technical logs such as
IP address and browser type for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the program and schedule you asked about.
- To process enrollment and payment, and to deliver course content and certificates.
- To improve our programs and communications.
We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing emails
If we email you about programs, every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
You can opt out at any time and we'll stop emailing you.
Service providers we share data with
We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, database, and email delivery.
- Google — sign-in (authentication).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Bunny.net — video delivery for course lessons.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our programs and to meet legal
obligations. You can ask us to delete it (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails.
Email us at capitalcookdc@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage
is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Children
Our programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date
at the top of this page.
