These terms apply when you use cyberintelaiacademy.com, enroll in a program, or use our learning portal. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to them.

Our programs

CyberIntel AI Academy offers instructor-led AI training programs, delivered in person in Chantilly, Virginia or as a live online cohort. Program content, schedules, and pricing may change. The details shown on the site are current at the time you view them.

Enrollment and payment

• Prices are shown per program and per format (in-person or live online).
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Your seat is confirmed once payment is received and we confirm your enrollment.

Cancellations and transfers

If you need to cancel or move to a later cohort, contact us at capitalcookdc@gmail.com. We'll work with you based on how close the cohort start date is.

Certificates

You receive a Certificate of Completion when you finish a program. It certifies that you completed the program — it is not a professional license and is not a guarantee of employment.

Use of course materials

• Course materials and videos are for your personal use as an enrolled learner.
• Don't share your account, and don't record, copy, or redistribute course materials.
• Videos are streamed and are not available for download.

Intellectual property

All course content, materials, and branding are owned by CyberIntel AI Academy or its licensors. You may not reuse or redistribute them without our written permission.

No guarantee of outcomes

Our programs are educational. We don't guarantee specific results, certifications from third parties, or job outcomes.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party services — including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Bunny.net (video), and AWS (hosting). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
